Instructions to make Besan sweet (gram flour):
  1. Heat up the ghee in a heavy bottom pan then add gram flour, plain flour and mix throughly. Keep on stirring and roast for 10 minutes on low flame. Until nice aroma comes out of it.
  2. Then add cardamom powder and condanced milk to it and mix well.
  3. Keep stirring until it forms a thick mixture. Then turn off the flame and let it cool down.
  4. When it still warm add the power sugar and knead until soft and combined. Transfer the mixture into a greased tray and garnish with chopped dry fruits.

Besan is basically flour made from chana dal aka bengal gram. Usually besan is often used to make a variety of Pakoras in Indian cuisine.
