  1. Take a microwave safe bowl.Add Ghee to it and keep it in microwave for 40 sec.
  2. Now add 2 cups of Besan and 1tsp sooji to melted ghee. Stirr well. Also add a pinch of salt. mix it well.
  3. Keep in microwave for 2 min on high power.
  4. Take it out and stirr it nicely. Now again cook it for 3 min  stirring after every one min.Cook it for 1 min take it out stirr well and repeat it the same for other 2 min.
  5. Before last 1 min add crushes cashews to it and microwave it for 1 min.(wholetogether it takes only 5 mins)
  6. Now allow the mixture to cool.Once it is cooled add 1 cup of powdered sugar.
  7. Mix well and also add some caramom powder. Mix well with hand and start making small balls.
  8. Garnish with nuts.

The Besan Ladoo recipe uses channa dal, but besan (gram flour) can also be used, by simply following the same procedure and replacing the flour with.
