  5. Serve "noodles" topped with meatballs and sauce.

In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Crumble the meat over mixture and mix well. For the meatballs, mix together the beef, garlic and herbs along with a decent pinch of salt and pepper. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and add the olive oil.
