  7. Heat a large frying pan to a medium high heat. Add the butter.
  8. Now you don’t have to use a mould or a cookie cutter, you can spoon the mixture into the pan pressing down. I used a mould, press down the mixture into the mould! Repeat 4 times.1. Gently fry the potatoes until golden underneath! It takes 4-5 minutes. Then flip them over.
  9. Now fry them this side again for a similar amount of time.
  10. When crisp on both sides and cooked all the way through they are ready to serve! Enjoy 😉
