- Get 2 lrg chunky pieces of haddock
- Prepare 8 stems of Asparagus

- Pre heat oven to 180. Get all your veg ready, quickly par boil the Asparagus and then pop into cold water, do the same with the carrots,
- In a pan fry your garlic and leek with a knob of butter.
- Pop your leeks in a oven tray and put your fish on top and your veg next to it. Add 1/2 the sweet chilli and bake for about 18mins.
- Plate up your fish and veg and then add the remaining sweet chilli and sprinkle with the fresh herbs, Enjoy x
