- Prepare 4 guavas
- Prepare as required coriander leaves
- Get 2 green chillies
- Make ready 2 teaspoons Oil
- Make ready 1 teaspoon turmeric
- Take as per taste Salt

- Take 2 teaspoons Sugar
- Make ready 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- Take 2 Cloves
- Prepare 1 teaspoon Carom seeds(ajmain)
- Take pinch Hing (If u want)
- Get 2 tablespoons Water
Guava (/ ˈ ɡ w ɑː v ə /) is a common tropical fruit cultivated in many tropical and subtropical regions. Psidium guajava (common guava, lemon guava) is a small tree in the myrtle family (), native to Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean and northern South America. Although related species may also be called guavas, they belong to other species or genera, such as the pineapple guava. Guava is a tree that grows in Central and South America.
Steps to make Guava veg:
- After Wash & Cut these guavas in small pieces.
- Take pan and prepare tadka 2 teaspoons oil put into a pan and put carom, clove and hing. (hing depends your choice. If u want & not)
- After tadka put guava in pan and add turmeric, salt and chilli and green chilli and water and allow to cook by covering the kadai(pan)with a lid on low flame.
- In between check and stir.cover again and cook till the guava are cooked nicely.after add sugar and coriander powder and cook 2 mint & garnish coriander leaves.The guava will cook in approx 10 to 15 minute.
- Serve with Paratha and roti.
- Note- (chillies are being used a little bit more to increase Ayurvedic Property)
