- Prepare 1 packages Marie Biscuits

Once butter is melted take it off the stove and mix in your icing. Add the icing sugar and cocoa. Mix in the beaten eggs and coconut and glace cherries - if used. Remove from the heat and mix in the crushed Biscuit fudge, crunchy, chocolatey and delicious.
Steps to make Biscuit cocoa fudge:
- Crush each buscuit into 4 pieces
- Break the nuts to be used as a prinkle into pieces
- Melt the butter over low flame and add the condensed milk (100g is a small can)
- while stiring continously add the coacoa powder
- Stir well until the cocoa powder has fully blended
- Off the flame and add the biscuits into ( mix to coat well)
- When all the biscuits are nicely coated transfer the biscuits onto a tray and sprinkle nuts over it
- Keep it in freezer for 3 hours min
Place sugar, butter and cocoa into a saucepan and slowly bring to the boil. Beat the egg then swiftly add it to the hot mixture. Mix the cocoa, caster sugar and oil together. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking until fully combined. Stir the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt together in a separate bowl, then add to the cocoa mixture and mix until a soft dough forms.
