I haven't heard this too often, but there have been a few reports of the keto bagels browning on top and remaining raw inside.   5. Stir yeast mixture and dissolved gelatin into melted cheese until combined, then stir the beaten egg. Stir in the almond flour mixture until it forms a dough
  6. Oil your hands knead the dough a few times until becomes a ball.Divide the ball into six pieces.
  7. Roll each piece into a rope and attach the ends to make a bagel shape. The center opening better be about 1 1/2” in diameter (about knuckle of tip of my pinky finger from.its knuckle)
  8. Arrange the bagels on the prepared baking tray. Lightly brush the tops with egg wash mixture -and sprinkle on the everything bagel seasoning. Bake until golden on the bottom, 11-14 minutes.

The recipe was as easy as it seems and tasted delicious (KETO delicious-there is a difference). I used Everything But The Bagel seasoning and it made for a great turkey, avocado, cheese toasted bagel sandwich (sorry, ate it before I remembered to take a pic) Going to make a breakfast sandwich with them tomorrow.
