Start with an organic salad and add your choice of… Veggies - oven-roasted red bell peppers, organic red onions, Kalamata olives, sulfate-free sundried tomatoes, organic mushrooms, roasted corn, black beans, or any veggie from our flatbreads. Cheeses - Local goat cheese, Great Hill Dairy blue cheese, Pineland Farm feta, parmesan cheese. Meat - Maine Family Farms pulled pork or roasted. Flatbreads from many different cuisines, from blogs and cooking sites, by home cooks, from reality cooking shows (yes, Master Chef and My Kitchen Rules!), serious chefs and celebrity chefs.
