Instructions to make Mega Mujadarah:
- Wash lentil first in pot combine it with water and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes until half cooked
- In pot add the oil and chopped green onion cook for few minutes add the vermicelle and the crack wheat and fry for 5 minutes keep staring don’t burn it.
- Pour the cooked lentils and chickpeas with the liquid over everything make sure it’s covered 2 cm add salt and cumin turmeric pepper mix well
- Cook on high for the first 3 minutes then on lowest heat until water is absorbed and the crack wheat is tender served with fried onions on top is a must eat it with salad on top or yogurt on top enjoy.
