  2. Preheat oven to,180 degrees celcius. Prepare your baking tin and set
  3. In a bowl mix all the cocoa and flour and sift into a medium bowl
  4. In another bowl mix the sugar and margarine. Cream this mixture for 3 to 5 minutes until white
  5. Beat one egg at a time for 1 minute and add to the creamed mixture
  6. Add your sifted flour/ cocoa mixture to the creamed mixture alternating with mala, start and end with flour for best results. Fold in the soaked fruits
  7. Pour the batter into the cakepan and place in the oven middle rack to bake
  8. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until a fork inserted comes out clean
  9. Cool for 5 mins on the tin then remove cake from pan and set on a tray or cooling rack
  10. Cool completely and serve plain or use frosting of your choice
