- Firstly take a jar add urad daal and grind into a fine and thick paste. Transfer it into a bowl then add idli rava and ragi flour and mix it well. Cover the ball and keep it in a warm place to ferment for 8 hours.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan add mustard seeds and curry leaves and saute for 1 minute. Add green chilli and saute for half minute.
- Add this tempering in fermented better along with salt and baking soda and mix it well.
- Heat sufficient water in a Idli maker. Grease Idli mould with some oil. For a ladleful of batter in each mould. Place them in a Idli maker. Cover and steam for 12 to 13 minutes.
- After 12 or 13 minutes your Idli is ready remove it from a mould and serve it.
