Instructions to make BUTTER CHICKEN ๐:
- Marinate the chicken with chilli pwd,garam masala,1drop orange plus little red colour.1 tbsn ginger, garlic n chilli paste.1 tsp salt n mix.now heat the vessel add 2 tbsn butter n add chicken n give a quick stir fry as u can see in the pic.masala is coated well.remove from vessel till half done 1. Now chop the onions, boil the onions with 1 tsp turmeric n 1 tsp salt,par boil the tomatoes n remove the skin.now take all above masala red chilli pwd,curd,chillies, ginger garlic,soaked cashew,coriander pwd.grind the masala in fine paste.
- Now heat vessel,put oil n butter together now add the masala.let it simmer for 10 mins as the oil floats up add the chicken with cream n let it simmer for 5 mins
- Now take dry fenugreek leaves n dry roast it.now crumble it n put on the chicken curry.
- Now heat up one piece of charcoal. It should be red hot.now take a bowl made of silver foil.put the coal then a piece of butter. Now quickly keep it above the curry n close the lid to give smoky flavour.this should be done as it enhances the flavour of this dish.lastly garnish with coriander leaves and fresh cream.serve with rice,naan.
