- Now roast from inside the buns and fill the mixture and close it with another roasted bun

Chole bhatura is popular almost all over India and even abroad. Whereas Matar kulcha is more popular in north India only. Although you might get kulcha in good restaurants in. Kulcha in Delhi is served with matar (dried peas) chaat not cholley (chic peas). Cholley are served with bhatura( fried bread) where matar is served with kulcha ( baked bread).
