- In a pan fry onion+garlic till golden brown, add your tomatoes + spices of your choice + sugar(since tomatoes are acidic you add alittle sugar to kill the acid)……let them cook on low medium heat till they are juicy now add your fried banana balls….let them simmer……garnish with the remaining corriander
