- For The Salad:
- Shred cabbage with a knife and dice spring onions.
- Lay cabbage in a casserole dish add spring onions and sprinkle dried cranberries (as much or as little as you like).
- For the dressing:
- Whisk together the Oil, Vinegar, Soya Sauce and Sugar until incorporated.
- To assemble:
- Before serving, drizzle the dressing on the salad very generously! ( I pour all in!) . Sprinkle the toasted almonds and sesame seeds. Let sit for 5 mins then Serve.
