The ingredients needed to make Turkey noodle stir-fry:
  1. Get 300 grams dried rice noodles (I use brown rice noodles)
  2. Make ready 1 brown/cooking onion, diced
  3. Prepare 2 tsp finely grated ginger
  4. Prepare 500 grams turkey mince. You can also use chicken or pork mince
  5. Take 500 grams frozen mixed vegetables, thawed. I used a carrot, broccoli, sugar snap pea mix
  6. Make ready 1/3 cup oyster sauce
  7. Make ready 4 tbsp soy sauce
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp chinese five spice
  9. Take 1 or more red chillies, finely sliced
  10. Take 1/4 cup fresh coriander, finely chopped

Add the spring onions, pepper, carrot. Add the turkey meat, and stir fry for a further minute. Add the noodles, oyster and soy sauces, and cook for another minute. Turkey noodle casserole with egg noodles, leftover turkey, shallots, celery, and a white sauce with Gruyere, mustard, and tarragon.

Steps to make Turkey noodle stir-fry:
  1. Cook noodles in a saucepan of boiling water for 5 mins. Drain after the 5 mins
  2. Heat a wok or large frying pan and add oil. Swirl to coat wok and add onion and ginger. Stir fry for 2 mins or until tender
  3. Add mince to wok, break up lumps as you stir for five minutes or until mince is brown.
  4. Add vegetables, oyster sauce, soy sauce and five spice, stirring for another 2 minutes.
  5. Snip drained noodles to shorten, add to wok with chilli and coriander, tossing to combine.
  6. You can serve on top of rice if you wish. Serve and garnish with coriander leaves

Serve immediately, garnished with green onion, if desired. DELICIOUS—one of my favorite of your recipes! I added julienned carrots for color. Add the drained softened noodles, and the broth. Bring to a boil - done.
