- Cut the half pumpkin and half raw mango into small pieces and wash it well.
- Then prepare the tempering which includes Panch Phoran (kalonji,jeera,methi,saron,saunf) and one dry red chilli.
- Now heat mustard oil in a Kadhai and add the tempering(Panch phoran and dry red chilli)
- Now add chopped pumpkin and raw mango and green chillies and let it fry for 3 mins.
- After 3 mins add the spices and sugar.
- Saute it well for 5-8 mins till the pumpkin and raw mango becomes soft and little mashy.
- Add a little bit of water and cook it for another 2 mins and let it dry and then it's ready to eat.
