  11. Take 2 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
  12. Get 1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder
  13. Get 4 tablespoon oil

  2. Add in slit green chilli and curry leaves. Add in grated coconut, grated gooseberry, turmeric and mix well. Switch off the stove
  3. Add in the cooked rice, salt and finely chopped coriander leaves. Mix well. Amla rice is ready to eat
