  6. Add curd and water till flowing consistency.Add onion,capsicum, green chillies and coriander leaves.
  7. Add salt and sugar.Mix it well.Keep the batter for1 hour.
  8. Take water in idli maker and put it on fire. Make idllis by smearing ghee on idli moulds.
  9. Steam for 15 mts on medium heat. See that knife comes out clear when you test it to see that it is completely cooked.
  10. Cool the idlis little bit before taking them out from moulds.
  11. Precautions… 1.Don't mix the batter too much after adding cooking soda. 2.Make idlis within 5 mts after adding cooking soda.
