To bring variety to Papa's now limited food choices I made him Etiyung/ Okro soup with sea fresh fish and eko/agidi (set corn pap). This is my inspiration for this soup. I have opted to use Snails in place of fish. Finally add the chopped okra and scent leaves.

- Wash dry fish with salt & warm water 1. Add dry fish, salt maggi,pepper, red oil, ugba, put in d pot on gas.to make sauce. All ingredients in d pot. cover for 10mins
- Add okora to d sauce and cook for 5mins, add ugu for 5 sec.
- Serve with agadi.
Add also the red palm oil if using. I prefer a thick soup so the more okra you add the better to ensure that the soup does not turn out watery. Adjust consistency if too thick by adding some hot water. Serve hot with eko, agidi Agidi or eko is called corn meal in English. I love to serve Agidi with beans and tomato stew.
