- Wash the fenugreek bunch and chop into small pieces. Make small pieces of onion
- Make chilli garlic and ginger paste. Chop small pieces of tomatoes
- Add oil into a pan and place two bay leaf and onion. Sauté till golden brown
- Add the ginger chilli and garlic paste and sauté for few mins and add the tomatoes
- Add small salt and water and let it cook for a few mins
- Add the fenugreek leaves and cook for few mins and add crushed paneer let it cook and mix well
- Add the pre-made garam masala powder and cook for 2 mins
- Serve hot
