  4. Pour the sugar mixture and cardamom powder, once butter and flour mixed well without lumps and turning brown. Whisk until everything holds together.
  5. Serve warm.

This is a easy halwa made with gram flour and jaggery. Chickpea flour is nothing more than dried chickpeas, ground to a flour-like consistency.
