Add boiled vegetables as butter melts, except canned pineapple. Saute for few mins. Then add salt and black pepper powder. Mix well and saute further for few more mins and keep aside.
- White Sauce - Take butter in another pan and add maida to it. Keep stirring on low flame for a min. Then add milk. Keep on stirring so that lumps are not formed. Add salt, black pepper powder and grated cheese and mix all well. Boil upto required consistency. White Sauce is ready.
- Now add already prepared boiled vegetables in white sauce and give it a good mix. Also add chopped canned pineapple and mix well and further cook for 2 to 3 mins. Switch off the flame.
- Now transfer this to the baking tray. Sprinkle grated cheese all over it. Bake in an preheated oven for 15 mins at 200 degrees.
