- Add the onions+tomatoes mixture and grind to a thick chutney without adding water
- Take the chutney into a bowl
- Heat a pan. Add 1 tsp oil
- Fry mustard till it splutters. Add curry leaves
- Add the ground chutney and saute for 2-3 minutes
- Take it out into a serving bowl
- Serve with idlis, dosas or oothappams.
