In my quest to eat more fresh fish and expand my dinner repertoire beyond salmon, I decided to make a recipe with tuna. We used drained Chunk Light Tuna in oil for more flavor and it seems to hold it's form better, but you can substitute for well-drained tuna in water if you prefer.   2. Coat the fillers in sesame oil and heat a pan.
