  3. Add ginger garlic paste and dry masalas. Add chana masala also. Roast it till oil leaves the pan.
  4. Add tomato puree and roast again till oil separates.
  5. Now add cooked chana and water. Cook it for 10 minutes.
  6. Garnish with coriander.
  7. Serve with bhature/naan/paratha or rice..happy eating..
