- Then grind rice separately and pour it to a fenugreek mixture,mix well with salt and close with a lid and allow it for fermentation (we will do this process at 7 o clock in evening),according to the process we can soak the ingredients.
- Morning will get a good dough and make idly with a idly pot(add little baking soda for softness)
- After 15 minutes we will get a nice idly with good aroma and serve with kara chutney,delicious to eat.

It tastes & comes out great in either ways! Do try this vendhaya dosai with garlic chutney. It doesn't taste bitter at all if the batter is fermented well. Fenugreek stir fry using methi leaves. Vendhaya keerai poriyal with rice makes a perfect lunch.
