- Boil rice
- Fry fish until golden brown
- Serve on a bed of rice topped with eetouffe
Place cooled tilapia in another mixing bowl and shred into small pieces. Add crushed crackers, seasoning blend, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt and pepper and thoroughly combine. Prepare the fish by removing any pin bones and scales. Refrigerate the fish while you make the sauce. Season tilapia filets generously with salt and pepper, then dip each in flour mixture, shaking off any excess flour.
