  4. Turn heat to low then add geera. Stir and let roast for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Turn heat up to medium and add seasoned chicken. Stir chicken to coat with geera in pot. Cover pot and let cook for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add chopped chadon beni and hot pepper and, if necessary, add water. Stir and cover for another 5 minutes
  7. Uncover and taste. Add salt if necessary. Turn heat up on high and let water evaporate.
