- Place frosting in a large decorating bag with a round tip nozzle and pipe a mound of frosting onto each cupcake.
- Cut each marshmellow in half diagonally and dip into the pink sugar (3 tablespoons of white sugar mixed with a few drops if pink food colouring) place on cupcakes sugar side up to resemble ears.
- Place the chocolate speckled eggs onto the frosting to resemble a nose and chocolate chips for the eyes.
