  13. Take 1 small green chili pepper
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  15. Make ready 1 tsp ground black pepper
  16. Get 1/2 tsp red liquid food colouring (optional)
Steps to make Spicy Shawarma:
  1. In a blender, blend all the marinade ingredients until you get a red paste.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips or small pieces.
  3. Apply marinade over the chicken and let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Cook marinated chicken until tender, browned and cooked through.
  5. On a pita bread, apply the garlic sauce and place chicken, French fries and pickles. Roll up.
  6. Serve hot. My favourite food!
